Our services include carrying out matching. The client agrees that GroupSocial owns no liability for the content, activity and purpose of the client’s social media account. GroupSocial does not require access to the client’s social media account. It is responsibility of the client to ensure his/her/its social media account is safe from any unauthorized access. The client understands that GroupSocial is not affiliated, in any manner, to any social media network. Group Social LLC may modify or terminate the Services at any time without serving notice; provided that the existing user either shall be refunded or served. GroupSocial reserves the right to amend, change or modify any provision of the Terms of Services, and the amended, changed or modified Terms of Services shall be effective immediately after they are posted on Group Social LLC.

Communication Policy

Phone numbers and email address will not be displayed on your public profile. However, once connected you will have the ability to engage in a private chat and we do not prohibit the sharing of contact information within the private chat.

Payment and refund policy

Since GroupSocial is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon creating a subscription. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard therefore, we do honour requests for the refund on the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date.

Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the service is not as it is described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honoured. Our support team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner.​

Limitation of liability
GroupSocial's liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will GroupSocial, its affiliates, employees, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, punitive, fixed, or enhanced damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services, (ii) the conduct or content of any users or third parties on or through any of our affiliates’ services or in connection with the services; or (iii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content, even if GroupSocial has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will GroupSocial's aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the services exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to GroupSocial for the services during the twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the date that you first file a lawsuit, arbitration or any other legal proceeding against GroupSocial, whether statutory, in law or in equity, in any tribunal. the damages limitation set forth in the immediately preceding sentence applies (i) regardless of the ground upon which liability is based (whether default, contract, tort, statute, or otherwise), (ii) irrespective of the type of breach of rights, privileges, or obligations, and (iii) with respect to all events, the service, and this agreement. The limitation of liability provisions set forth in this section 14 shall apply even if your remedies under this agreement fail with respect to their essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the exclusions and limitations in this section may not apply to you.​
